To submit a Support Request through our Help Desk, please follow these guidelines:
Be sure to include as much detail as possible when logging a support request. ALWAYS include the following: Your full name; your primary email address; any specific URL or product related to your support request; your detailed message, being as specific as possible about the product, service or webpage you need help with, and, as precisely as possible, how we can help you; If it's about a purchase, or an access problem or help related to a purchase, product or subscription, please paste your whole receipt (if any) into the message box with your ticket and be sure to include any username or other account identifier and explain to us clearly what do you need us to do for you.
